EmpowerHer MENTORING
Mentoring program for women with potential in IT industry.
- Potential for what? For being a better developer, consultant, team member, leader…
- It´s not a managerial program, so you don´t have to have an ambition and potential to become a manager. But we expect mature and ambitious personality.
- It´s a program where our talented women can learn from other female professionals from other companies, share know-how and get support for career success.
Length of the program: 6 months of 1-2-1 mentoring. Up to 12 hours of mentoring with a B2B mentor who signed an NDA within 6 months.
Number of participants for 2024 nominations: First 20 nominees will be considered for the program starting in 2024. Nominees above 20 will be included in program in 2025.

2. Calibration meeting with a manager & business partner: 14. 10. – 31. 10. 2024
3. On-line assessment: 14. 10. – 30. 11. 2024
Participants who passed assessment:
4. Final group: End of November
5. Program kick-off: December
6. Start of the mentoring: January 2025
7. Final ceremony: June 2025
2. Price:
32 000 CZK/1300 EUR (includes psychological test, interpretation, mentoring)

3. On-line assessment
On-line assessment is included into the process to ensure that we have right participants on the board.
On-line assessment consists of tests (inductive and deductive thinking, verbal and numerical reasoning) and personality questionnaires.
Results of the tests are interpreted by psychologists during on-line meeting: 30 minutes for a participants and 30 minutes for your manager and HR.
Why assessment?
- during interpretations you can get a very good insight about yourself and also get topics that can be discussed during your mentoring sessions (e.g. fear from conflict, lack of persuasion skills, self confidence, etc.)
- it shows that this type of external mentoring is not the best development tool for more junior colleagues or for people without defined topic for discussions. That´s why we want to identify who is this tool good for.
4. Mentoring
- Femme Palette will do their best to match you with a mentor who will have required experience and you will have a chance to approve the choice during chemistry session
- in 99% cases mentoring sessions will be on-line (most probably lecturers will be either from different city/town or different country)
- It can happen that there will be no available mentor in your country but there will be a mentor with required experience in other country. So please don´t expect, that mentors have to be from your country.
- Mentors work in companies such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Spotify, …
