Program Details

🔹 Duration: 6 months of one-on-one mentoring (up to 12 hours in total)
🔹 Mentors: B2B professionals who have signed an NDA
🔹 Format: Primarily online, with mentors from different cities and even countries

Program Timeline

For participants who pass the assessment:

6️⃣ Mentoring Begins – June/July 2025

(includes psychological assessment, interpretation, and mentoring)

Online Assessment

The online assessment is an integral part of the program and serves two purposes:
✔️ Helping mentees define their mentoring goals (e.g., overcoming fear of conflict, improving persuasion skills, boosting confidence)
✔️ Ensuring the right participants are selected (mentoring is not the best fit for junior colleagues or those without a clear development focus)

What to expect?
📌 Tests on inductive & deductive thinking, verbal & numerical reasoning
📌 Personality questionnaires
📌 Results interpreted by psychologists in a safe online environment
📌 30-minute feedback sessions for the mentee, plus a 30-minute session for the manager & HR

Mentoring Experience

🔹 Femme Palette will carefully match you with a mentor who aligns with your needs and goals
🔹 Your first session is a “Chemistry Session”—you can approve or decline the proposed mentor
🔹 99% of mentoring sessions take place online, as mentors may be from different cities or countries
🔹 Mentors work at companies such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Spotify, and more

It was a great journey that I would love to recommend to anyone interested. Over the past six months, the mentoring program has been an incredibly enriching experience that exceeded my expectations. I am deeply grateful for the guidance and support of my mentor, whose insights and encouragement have been invaluable. One of the most significant lessons I learned was how to communicate more effectively, particularly by adopting the Nonviolent Communication style. This approach has helped me express myself more clearly and empathetically, leading to stronger relationships and better collaboration with colleagues. I am proud of the personal growth I’ve achieved through this journey. I’ve gained greater confidence and acceptance, not only of myself but also of others. Letting go of perfectionism and the need to control has been transformative, allowing me to focus on what truly matters. I’ve also improved my logical thinking and prioritization skills, which has enhanced my ability to tackle complex tasks and make sound decisions under pressure. These changes have had a noticeable impact on my work. I feel more connected to my team, more effective in my role, and better equipped to contribute meaningfully to our goals. Moving forward, I would like to continue developing in areas such as strategic thinking, leadership, and fostering innovation within the company. I settled my thoughts and mindset and started to focus more on my strengths (Cristina helped me to realize which ones are the strongest and most important for me). I began consciously working with my key strengths within my focus areas - my goals. Because of this, and Cristina's example, I believe I face imposter syndrome better, with more confidence. I can also balance the creative and business parts of my work more naturally without feeling so guilty that I neglect the other. Finally, I feel ready for a more senior (and perhaps) slightly different role with the need to balance work and lifetime more precisely - but I will need to work on this area when the time comes (during this role).
