Copilot for managers
This course focuses on combining an overview of Copilot for Microsoft 365 features for management practice, but also on creating healthy habits for long-term adoption of generative AI in an organization.
During the course, you will gain a deeper understanding of the principles of prompting and how Copilot works within Microsoft 365 applications.
Mastering this technology is not just a trend, but the key to working more efficiently and increasing productivity in everyday tasks.
Managers play a key role in the adoption process of new technologies, so it is important that they are well informed and able to lead their team to successfully implement the changes.
During the course, it will be possible to test the acquired knowledge on your own scenarios and discuss with the lecturer.
Participants will also take away recommended adoption resources for themselves and their teams.
The course assumes:
- English language proficiency for the job,
- a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications,
- and the organization’s own environment with Microsoft 365 and Copilot for Microsoft 365 for course participants.

- Flying through the world of Copilot – introduction to the basics of generative AI, the principles of prompting and how Copilot for Microsoft 365 works (45m)
- Overview of usage scenarios through Microsoft 365 applications (15m)
- Copilot on the web and in Microsoft Teams – general business assistant for management practice, working with information and working with meeting minutes (40m)
- Tips and tricks for Copilot in the most used applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel (preview features) (55m)
- Tips and tricks for Copilot in productivity and collaboration applications: Loop and Whiteboard (25m)
- Art of possible – brainstorm specific habits to increase productivity in specific organizational scenarios (40m)
- Q&A and discussion (20m)
