Copilot for Managers – advanced

This course is a continuation of the introductory course to Copilot for managers I. and goes into more depth on the capabilities of this AI tool.

It focuses both on how to work more efficiently with information, but also on what’s new in Copilot as part of the so-called Wave 2 update.

The focus is on working with custom files, organizational data and automation.

During the course it will be possible to test the acquired knowledge on your own scenarios and discuss with the lecturer. Participants will also take away recommended adoption resources for themselves and their teams.

The course assumes English language proficiency for the job, a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, and participants’ own organization environment with Microsoft 365 and Copilot for Microsoft 365.

3. Microsoft 365 Copilot BizCHat – organizational data mining and Copilot Pages collaboration features (45 min)
4. Scheduling recurring prompts (15m)OneDrive/SharePoint Copilot – custom Copilot and specific files (20 min)
5. Copilot in PowerPoint – Narrative Builder and Brand Manager (20 min)
6. Copilot in Excel – complex work and spreadsheets and creating Python functions (20 min)
7. Copilot in Outlook – Inbox prioritization (20 min)
8. Copilot in Word – working with large files (20 min)
