IPMA Level C

Day 1: Project initiation: Project, program, portfolio, project life cycle, definition of basic project parameters with the help of logical framework (LRM), business case.
Day 2: Planning and managing project execution: Project management plan, scope planning using WBS, time planning using critical path (CPM), Gantt charts, resource planning, cost planning, risk analysis , monitoring and evaluation of the project.
Day 3: Project as change: Agile approaches to project management, working with stakeholders, implementing change in the organization.
Day 4: Project manager soft skills: Communication, creativity, motivation, team building, conflict and crisis resolution.
