Using red team techniques to improve blue team defenses

1. Introduction to Red and Blue Team – Explaining the role of both teams in cyber defense and the importance of their collaboration.
2. Introduction to Mitre – techniques, tactics and procedures
3. Red Team Techniques – An overview of external Red Team attacks (phishing, exploits, social engineering) and how they are executed.
4. Blue Team Detection and Response – How the Blue Team monitors and responds to attacks – from tools to processes.
5. Collaboration between Red and Blue team – How to share information and improve defense mechanisms based on attacks.

There will be plenty of room for questions and there will be plenty of hands-on demonstrations, we’ll keep it more of a workshop.
